Everyone recognises a situation in which the child is entirely out of balance. All it takes is something small to happen, and the sirens go on. Crying, stamping, getting angry, shouting, not wanting to cooperate anymore, everything is done to clarify that it is too much now. The body signals to the amygdala that it is in danger. The brain's rational part is switched off, and the child switches to the survival strategy he knows so well. We see it around us every day. And then?
